refund policy

At SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.


Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.


All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.


Please contact customer service within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.

  2. Contact our Returns Department at enquiries@simplybeautifulworcester.co.uk

  3. Mail your product back to us

If you have benefited from free delivery we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.
